Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between the company and the performers
- Manage welfare of performers by working closely with HR, which include relocation, work permits, insurance and payroll issues
- Work closely with Creative Director on all casting matters, which include background checks/follow ups and with HR on all recruitment matters
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in the entertainment industry preferred with GCE ‘O’ Level
- Good organisational and multi-tasking skills
- Compassionate and people-oriented with excellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict management skills
