Ensure appropriate financial procedures and practices are in place to effectively manage financial aspects of the organization; Interpret organization's policy as it affects the financial/accounting and administrative functions to ensure that all policies are adhered to. Liaise with external auditors and take responsibility for co-coordinating audit of accounts; Maintain regular contact with the company's bankers and financial advisers. Qualifications: University degree in Finance/Accounting or recognized professional qualification in accounting with good business and commercial sense and be a member of an internationally accredited professional body.
