We have expanded our production facilities in several African countries and are looking for a Regional Finance Manager to cope with our expansion there.

Responsibilities Reporting to the General Manager and with dotted line responsibility to the Chief Financial Officer based in Hong Kong, the incumbent is responsible for the full spectrum of the finance and accounting functions of garment factories in Africa In charge of financial budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and monthly reporting Identify internal control weaknesses and design and recommend to the General Manager and Head Office improvements to the internal control system to ensure the company expenses are well spent and company assets safe guarded Legal, insurance, and company secretarial matters Work closely with external auditors, tax office, government officials, local banks Requirements Degree or Tertiary educated Professional accounting qualification Good command of English and good communication skills Previous work with an ERP accounting system Experience in a managerial or supervisory accounting role Manufacturing experience with garment industry an added advantage Excellent PC skills on MS Word, Excel, Outlook Flexible, mature, self motivated, keen to meet deadlines and ability to work under pressure We offer good benefits, a competitive remuneration package and good potential for growth within an energetic and fast growing company.
