You will report to the Chairman & CEO on the overall management of the trading/sales activities of heavy equipment parts in Australia. Job Description: - To provide leadership to the operations, sales and trading teams to deliver products and services at the required lead-time, best quality and costs.
- To ensure optimum inventory level is maintained, and work closely with all departments to ensure monthly financial KPIs are met.
- Purchasing costs saving management (setting targets/tracking/monitoring).
- Oversee management and set directions for Store, Purchasing and Quality Control.
- Ensuring monthly sales target are met (ie, orders are shipped out on time per forecast).
- Management of inventory levels.
- Oversee the facilities maintenance/improvement.
- Ability to plan, co-ordinate and manage the daily operations including that of logistics, quality assurance, accountings and HR.
Job Requirements: - Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum three years’ sales/trading experience of heavy equipment parts would be an added advantage
- Wide network is essential
- Goal oriented, mature and possess good interpersonal and management skills
- Those who are available immediately will have added advantage
